Plans and services
What pest control plans do you offer?
We have three options. Our quarterly plan covers common North Texas pests inside, outside and in the garage, with a 30-day follow-up after the first visit and free re-treatments between visits. Our organic plan runs on a two-month schedule. And a one-time service handles a problem without an ongoing plan. See residential pest control.
What pests does the quarterly plan cover?
Ants, roaches, spiders, crickets, silverfish, scorpions and other common household pests, plus outdoor flea and tick treatment. Termites, rodents, mosquitoes, bed bugs and indoor flea treatment are separate services.
Do you offer organic pest control?
Yes. Our organic program runs on a two-month schedule and uses ingredients such as essential oils and boric acid. It's a good fit for families who prefer organic products. Note that the organic plan doesn't cover mosquitoes.
Do you do termite inspections and WDI reports?
Yes. We do free termite inspections and treatment backed by a one-year renewable warranty, plus WDI reports for buyers, sellers, realtors and lenders.

Safety
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Before we treat, your technician explains what we're using, where it goes and how long to keep kids and pets off treated areas, usually until it's dry. Inside, we use targeted crack-and-crevice treatments and baits rather than broad spraying, and we never put rodent poison inside your home.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We're licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture, license TX #0782331. Our technicians are well trained, and they're college graduates or former military.
Before and after service
How should I prepare for my first service?
Clear the areas under sinks and along baseboards where you've seen pests, put pet food and dishes away, and make sure we can get into the garage, yard and any gates. Let us know about pets, allergies or problem areas. For bed bug or indoor flea service, we'll send a specific prep list.
What should I do after a treatment?
Keep kids and pets off treated areas until they're dry. Don't mop or wipe treated baseboards for a few days, and don't disturb bait placements. Seeing a few pests for a week or two is normal as the treatment works.

How do I schedule service?
Request a free estimate online and tell us what you're seeing. Prefer to talk? Call (469) 340-0200. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, and service runs Monday–Saturday, 8am–6pm.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. For exterior-only visits, we just need access to the yard and garage. For your first interior service, bed bug or indoor flea treatment, an adult should be home.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in McKinney and serve Collin County and nearby communities, including McKinney, Allen, Plano, Frisco, Prosper, Anna, Melissa, Fairview, Lucas, Wylie, Princeton, Celina, Murphy and Aubrey.
Re-treatments and billing
What if pests come back between visits?
On the quarterly plan, call us and we'll come back and re-treat for free between scheduled visits.
How do I pay? Do you offer autopay?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Autopay is available: set it up yourself through our customer portal, or ask our office and we'll set it up for you.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. Call our office and we'll help you change your schedule, switch between conventional and organic service, or cancel.
