Irvin serviced my home and explained my issues with flies and mosquitoes. He showed the places in the front lawn where rodents were tunnelined to find water sources. I thought it was bunnies. Rats are a whole different issue. Thank you, Irvin, for the best service. I've ordered the Sandtrap from Amazon for the flies and mosquitoes and called lawn man to repair my irrigation leaks.

Very professional and respectful! On time and no nonsense, after asking where we had issues, he went straight at it and gave extra attention to the nooks and crannies. The chemicals had no noticeable smell and didn’t leave any nasty marks. Really professional, I highly recommend.

The service was not completed by the technician. The attic was not checked, nor were the rodent entry areas. We only want Philip to service our home in the future. He knows what we want checked.
